How long have you worked at Premium Credit?

I have been working for Premium Credit for nearly 8 years.

What roles have you had?

I started off in the Contact Centre in 2010 on a three-month contract. I was then given a permanent contract and moved over to the Capita department within Operations. I was in charge of dealing with customer calls and emails specifically for the producer called Capita. I then moved into the Client Services team who at the time dealt with calls and emails from Premium Credit producers. After this, I moved over to the Key Accounts operations team. We were in charge of dealing with bespoke queries and sending out reports for the company’s top 25 producers. I then moved into the role of Business Relationship Executive and have been working in that role for the last two-and-a-half years. I was excited to start my new role at the end of 2017 as a Field Sales Manager.

How has your career has developed?

My career has greatly developed through Premium Credit.  I am now 27 years old so have been working for Premium Credit for most of my adult life. The company has taught me that if you work hard, you will be given the opportunity to grow. I told my Sales director where I wanted to be, and I have been given the training to help me get there.

Why do you enjoy working for Premium Credit?

I enjoy working for Premium Credit, as I am an example of how if you work hard and are committed, the company will give you the opportunity to grow and help you get to where you want to be.
