Josie Pileio joined Premium Credit in 2019 as Chief Operations & People Officer.

Josie has over 15-years’ experience in executive leadership roles in complex, fast-paced and multi-site international organisation across both public and private sectors, and prior to Premium Credit, a total of 25-years of experience in the retail consumer sector.

As the Chief Operations & People Officer, Josie is central to the delivery and achievement of the commercial strategy through the development and implementation of effective operations and people solutions.

Josie is MBA & HR qualified and brings extensive operational experience leading widespread business change, transforming hearts and minds to accomplish customer-first cultures.
