• Colleagues who are able to work from home will continue to do so
• Colleagues can opt in to work from the office if they prefer
• There are clear guidelines in place for colleagues who choose to work from the office
• We have taken steps to manage the transmission risk for our staff so far as is reasonably practicable, and in line with UK government guidelines
