Every year, the British Insurance Brokers’ Association (BIBA) finds ways to bring our profession closer together—through fresh ideas, relevant debate and, perhaps most importantly, human connection. The 2025 BIBA Tour of the Regions is a great example of this, and one I’m personally very excited about.

As someone who has spent much of my career working with brokers across the UK, I know how easy it can be to get caught up in the day-to-day. We can often focus on tasks and targets, when we should take a moment to connect with people to achieve the best results.
