As we all continue to grapple with the extraordinary set of circumstances we all find ourselves in with Coronavirus and its repercussions, we want to be a supportive, helpful resource to consumers and businesses, as well as our partners during what is already a difficult time.

As a valued partner, please be assured we remain open for business, working remotely to support you and your customers. Our Executive sign-off committees continue to meet frequently to provide quick decisions to partners and customers.

We recognise that at this time, many customers will struggle to make payments, and we continue not to charge customers for changes to their repayment dates or for rescheduling their loan until further notice. Any requests for forbearance will be carefully considered on a case-by-case basis and we will keep you updated.

We continue to react quickly in our approach to the moving landscape, sending relevant communications with more details on the support we can provide and how to contact us with any queries you may have. If you are not getting these please speak to your account manager to be included.
