Premium Credit announced as Commercial Insurance Awards finalist
Up against Ascend Broking Group, CFC Underwriting, Direct Commercial and RSA in the initiative of the Year category
Premium Credit is pleased to announce that our Capability Team has been shortlisted in the 2019 Commercial Insurance Awards, Initiative of the Year category.
This latest nomination recognises the delivery of the industry leading multichannel training to insurance brokers helping to improve the compliant, consistent and efficient offering of finance to customers choosing to pay their insurance premiums in instalments.
The training features a range of learning styles.: face-to-face, webinars and e-learning, with sessions tailored specifically to the needs of the individual broker.
Over the past year the Capability Team visited more than 685 insurance brokers across the UK & Ireland and trained over 5,400 members of staff. Brokers who received training saw, on average, a 9% increase in business financed. this uplift equated to over £24m of incremental business in the first half of 2018.
The training is designed with brokers in mind to help reduce cancellations, reduce broker time on customer queries and earn higher finance commission.
