Premium Credit appoints Sales Enablement Director

As part of its Specialist Finance growth strategy, Premium Credit has introduced a Sales Enablement function led by Ollie Killinger. He joins as Sales Enablement Director reporting to Jennie Hill, Chief Commercial Officer, Specialist Finance.

The role will develop and execute strategies to ensure the Specialist Finance business continues to grow effectively by developing the right capabilities, tools and processes to enable the division to deliver on its strategic growth ambitions.

Ollie joins from the John Lewis Partnership where he held several roles across retail and financial services over the past 15 years. His early Partnership career saw him work in a variety of retail leadership and change management roles reviewing and building effective operating models, before moving into product leadership on the digital transformation of Waitrose.com, customer data, contact handling and loyalty.

Most recently, Ollie was Chief of Staff to the CEO of John Lewis Financial Services where he led the business transformation and commercial operations activities, as well as leading the central operations and product teams.
