Premium Credit’s contribution to a report published by University of Oxford Said Business School (UK) and Berkeley (US), has been published today. The report, ‘Enacting Purpose’ is made up of contributions from leading, global corporations outlining what ‘our purpose’ means to each participating company, the reason it exists and what guides their strategy and culture.
Premium Credit’s contribution outlines the company’s individual journey from a vision-statement organisation to one that is ‘Purpose-led’; getting to the heart of the Purpose it wishes to convey, what the company does and why it does it, for the benefit of the customer.
