After a detailed shortlisting process Premium Credit have been selected as a finalist at the Credit Awards, the UK’s largest awards ceremony for the credit industry.

Premium Credit - Collections & Recoveries Team

The award entry outlined Premium Credit’s reinvigoration of the collections & recoveries environment to ensure it operated efficiently, effectively and, above all, putting customers and partners at the heart of every action.

The successful entry included details of the importance Premium Credit places on treating customer’s fairly, fully understanding their circumstances and dealing with them in an empathetic manner regardless of their ability to repay or not.

As part of improvements outlined in the entry Premium Credit appointed a new Head of Collections & Recoveries (HoCR) to provide a renewed focus on the team’s culture and emphasis on customer centric thinking and action.

This year the Credit Awards programme has seen a record number of both individual companies entering and total award entries. Hosted by comedian Justin Moorhouse, the Credit Awards will take place on November 5, with each winner announced in a digital broadcast format.
