This is because we took immediate action to combat a cyber incident and protect our information. Our external cyber experts are continuing their granular investigation into all systems, and have found no evidence of data loss. We have now restored many key systems, and are working around the clock to complete our full restoration.

We are committed to doing the right thing, and we will not disadvantage any customer as a result of the incident.
