Over the last 18 months we have been taking on board your feedback regarding the questions we ask some commercial lines customers in order to underwrite them effectively. This feedback has led to a greatly reduced percentage of customers who are asked for additional information and where they are required we have reduced the number and complexity of our requirements.

The idea of community resonates with all of us. It’s particularly meaningful to everyone at Premium Credit and forms a key part of our purpose. Celebrating our differences is one of the many things we love to do, to pull us closer together. Our latest activities have supported this thinking.

This week was a moment for celebration as more Covid-19 restrictions were lifted across the UK. What was the first thing you did?

We’re delighted that our Capability Team has been named as a finalist in the ‘Investing in the Profession’ category at this year’s British Insurance Awards.
